Complaints
It is our aim to ensure all our patients are happy with the treatments provided by the dedicated team at Tx Bar, however we want you to be aware that if you are unhappy with your treatment or service provided, you have the right to make a complaint.
Our complaints process is as follows:
Discuss with your treating practitioner your concerns so they can assist you and rectify any concerns immediately.
If you are still concerned, please email reception@txbar.com.au. our operations manager will respond to your complaint within 2 business days.
In the unlikely event that we are still unable to resolve your complaint you have the right to escalate your complaint:
If it is about a Registered Healthcare professional to AHPRA and/or to Australian Competition and Consumer Commission
