📅 How Many Treatments Will I Need?

Most clients require 4–6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart for optimal results. A once-yearly maintenance session is encouraged to manage natural ageing and incidental sun exposure.

  • Mild redness and warmth, similar to sunburn, may occur immediately after treatment. This usually resolves within 2–3 hours.

  • Pigmented areas will often darken and begin to flake away over 7–14 days.

  • It’s essential to apply a broad-spectrum SPF daily and avoid direct sun exposure post-treatment.

✅ Is It Permanent?

Results from IPL can be long-lasting with the correct number of sessions and appropriate sun care. However, further sun exposure can cause new pigmentation. That’s why daily sunscreen use and annual maintenance are essential to protecting your results.
