Updated Cancellation Policy – Tx Bar Geelong

With the busy season now in full swing, we’re introducing an updated Cancellation and Deposit Policy at Tx Bar Geelong, effective from 13 November. This change comes in response to a growing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which affect both our team and clients waiting for appointments.

We understand that plans can change. However, we kindly ask for more than 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client and ensures our qualified team’s time and expertise is respected.


💼 What You Need to Know

Effective from 13/11:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments over 30 minutes in duration.

  • Appointments under 30 minutes do not require a deposit.

  •  Cosmetic Medicine appointments require a standard $50 deposit.

  • Volumising treatment appointments require a $100 deposit.


❌ Cancellations or No-Shows

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • If this occurs, you may redeem your forfeited deposit toward product purchases in clinic.

  • More than 24 hours’ notice allows your deposit to be refunded or transferred to a future booking—whichever you prefer.


⏰ Appointment Reminders

We send automated SMS reminders 48 hours before your appointment to give you plenty of time to confirm or reschedule if needed.
